Why We Started Queen City Interior Cleaning
Queen City Interior Cleaning was started by Parker and Joseph, two Cincinnati business owners who understand how quickly life gets busy.
Between work, business, family, school, appointments, and everything else on the calendar, cleaning can easily become one more task sitting in the back of your mind.
We built Queen City for homeowners who want their home handled without extra calls, confusing pricing, or constantly managing the process.
Our goal is simple: make professional home cleaning easy to quote, easy to schedule, and easy to keep recurring.
Who will clean my home?
Your cleaning will be completed by an approved Queen City cleaning partner. Parker and Joseph do not personally complete every cleaning appointment.
Cleaning partners are reviewed before assignment, carry the required insurance, and agree to follow Queen City’s service standards and job procedures.
Depending on availability, recurring customers may receive the same cleaning partner whenever possible, although a specific cleaner cannot always be guaranteed.
Cleaning partners are expected to:
Arrive with the required supplies and equipment
Review the assigned scope before starting
Follow the appropriate service checklist
Check in and check out through the scheduling system
Report concerns, damage, access issues, or scope changes
Upload required job documentation when applicable
Communicate professionally and respectfully in the home
